The Rights to remix

The Rights to Remix now day it is so easy for any one with the right tool to do a remix of a track that they think it could do with a remix. DJ's are always looking for a new mix of a track cause they don't want to sound like the other DJ's. So some of them will remix there own of a pop track that makes the people move no the dance floor in the club's. But all DJ's  or any one that did this is in violation of Digital Millennium Copyright Act. That just suck they need to fix that LAW for to day Generation is a REMix  Generation back in the all day only People with lots of money can make a remix or music but now anyone with a PC and some talent can now make a remix or a video and may be there own music and share with there friend just like that  YouTube  FaceBook and more

But there is also Fair use allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research and i think they should add remix in there and mashUp

So the way i see it is a Remix can be Fair use  cause i did not like the track before buy Remixing it or MashUp it up with other tracks i am criticizing it for not bing good enough for what i paid for it and it don't sound the way i like  it to be so i had to fix it.

This is was Hacienda Superclub on 16/1/2011
